All persons who have separated from BSP or from any other SAIL unit but are availing medical facilities at Bhilai Center.

How do I Register? What are the Steps?

Click on the “New User Register Here” link on the Main Page
|
The Registration screen will open up.Please enter the following information
- Registering as
- Personnel number
- Choose a new password
- Re-type the password to confirm
- Select the plant from where you have separated.
- Enter your Date of Birth
- Enter the month and year of separation.

Click on Proceed Button
|
The main registration page will open up.
On this screen, enter your Contact Details.
The following fields are Mandatory.
- Address
- City/Post
- District
- PIN
- State
- Country
- Phone 1

Press Submit.If registration is successfull a message will be displayed as follows
|

How do I book my Medical Token
|
First Register yourself as explained above.
Click on the Medical Token Booking
|
|
Then select the following
- Name of the Dependent
- OPD Name
The list of Doctors and the Day/session will be displayed . Choose by clicking on the Green Radio Button.

|
Click on Book Token.
Please note the Date and Session
