1. Why this site has been designed for?
Ans. This site has been designed for the purpose of making data w.r.t. billing and payment
       made by the third party consumer, available at internet so that third party consumer
       may have direct access to the data and he need not have to go to Town Services
       Department of Bhilai Steel Plant, SAIL for enquiring about the billing and payments made.

2. What is the meaning of Third Party?
Ans. Third Party means the consumer of the Bhilai Steel Plant who is being billed for the facilities
       like electricity supply,accommodation, shops, water etc by Town ServicesDepartment,
       Bhilai Steel Plant. This includes non-BSP employee residents, Shopkeepers, Institutions etc.

3. What are the facilities/provisions available at the Third Party Billing Query System?
Ans. Third party can get them registered and have access to the data related to the all unpaid bills
       and payment made during the Financial Year. The system provides facility of printing of
       current monthly electricity and Revenue (other than electricity) bills.

4. What is the necessary information required at the time of registration?
Ans. The third party should know the consumer number allocated to him by the BSP
       Consumer number is displayed in the electricity bill as well as in the Revenue Bills.
       After entering the consumer number the party has to fill the information sought on
       the next screen and choose user name and password of their choice. Also hint
       question may be filled up for retrieval of forgotten password. After registration is
       complete, third party can login to the portal and access the relevant data related to
       the consumer number.

5. What are the steps required at the time of registration?

                 User ID for Future Login.
                 Choose New Password.
                 Re-enter Password to Confirm.
                 Local/Permanent Address.
                 Mobile No (without prefix).
                 Date of Birth.
                 Gender.
                 Merital Status.
                 Hint Question.
                 Hint Answer.
                 Valid e-mail ID.

       Registered user can update his/her profile/personal informaton.
       Registered users can broadcast message on website.
       Registered user can view latest billing related updates/circulars updated by BSP.

13. 7. How Feedback/suggestions and complaints are entertained/dealt?
Ans. On submission of feedback/complaint, it is forwarded to the concern
       person and a reference number is allocated for future follow-up and
       check the status/response. If not satisfied it can be taken to one level
       higher officer who will in-turn see that resolution is done.
